Historical Society of Montgomery County Announces New Archivest
The Historical Society of Montgomery County announces Nancy Sullivan has joined their staff as Archivist. Prior to joining the Historical Society Ms. Sullivan served as an adjunct instructor at St. Joseph’s University and as an Archives Specialist with the National Archives and Record Administration.
Ms. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Alfred University and Master’s Degrees in Library and Information Science and Modern European History from Syracuse University. She resides in Chestnut Hill with her husband and two daughters.
As she works through the Society’s stacks of available information, Ms Sullivan states her goal “is to create user-friendly data bases for quick and easy patron access.”
