Aspiring and seasoned writers attended the Pearl S. Buck International Spring Writer’s Conference featuring guest speakers Jeffrey B. Allen, Esther Hughes, and Marie Duess on Saturday, April 14 and the event was a great success!

The 2012 Short Story Contest winners were announced at the conference. The winners were, Samantha Shourds, a 6^th grade student at Milford Middle School, Quakertown; Nicholas Unger, in 11^th Grade at Quakertown High School; and the adult category winner was Linda Wisniewski.
