Massage Therapist, will be offering a meditation class every other Tuesday at 1:00 PM, beginning May 8, at Encore Experiences at Harleysville, 312 Alumni Avenue in Harleysville. 

This is for anyone who wishes to learn how to meditate or deepen your meditation practice.  Relieve stress and gain control of your mind, body and emotions.  Surrender your shoes and gain a serene balance in your life.
