Here's something cool involving "Lansdale."

Residents of Monrovia, Frederick County, Maryland, have taken to Facebook and PetitionSite.org to rally support against “Downzone Lansdale.”

This Lansdale is a planned unit development in the city of Monrovia; more than 115 people have signed the online petition.

The petition claims the Lansdale development will burden the taxpayers and adversely affect the community because the developer is not contributing to “inadequate infrastructure” and “overcrowding of schools.”

They want a smaller site, larger lot sizes and the developer’s financial responsibilities to be expanded, according to the petition.
