Benefit Bake Sales for Fox Family This Sunday

Several New Hanover Township neighbors have banded together to raise money.

Three different locations will host bake sales this Sunday, September 23, that will benefit the family of slain Plymouth Township K9 officer Brad Fox.

Christi Kelly of Kelly's Worldclass Automotive said that the sales were put together by neighbors who live in the Foxes' subdivision in New Hanover Township.

The three locations are:

  • Kelly's Worldclass Automotive, 444 West Ridge Pike, Limerick, 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Freed's Supermarket, 2024 Swamp Pike, Gilbertsville, 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Rita's Water Ice, 309 East Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown, 1:00pm-5:00pm

Kelly told Patch in an email that they are not only the Foxes' neighbors, they are also personal friends.

"We have known Brad and Lynsay for almost 2 years," Kelly said. "A group of us in the neighborhood can be regularly seen with each other almost every week."

Each location will have baked goods, soda, and water. There will also be bracelets, and Kelly's Worldclass Automotive will have t-shirts.

The sales will benefit the Fox Children's Fund, set up at Continental Bank in Plymouth Meeting.
