It's a shame that every establishment since the Astor Diner hasn't made it. They should put in a themed resturaunt since they are the only ones that can make it. Something that is not already in the are like a Carrabas.

Clubhouse Too is now under new ownership (signs posted outside the building). It doesnt surprise me that the previous owners werent able to run a good business. note to the new owners: drop the ridiculous 'Dirty Jerzees' name. It was a bad idea to begin with. Nothing says unappealing more than that name. Concentrate on serving good food, and not about dollar signs and the place will do just fine.

Perhaps I need to clarify for you. Along with the topic of the story it was meant that every establishment AT THAT LOCATION has not made it since the Astor Diner.
