Death Penalty Sought Against Troutman
District Attorney Risa Ferman announced she will seek death penalty against James Lee Troutman, the accused killer of Skyler Kauffman
James Lee Troutman waived his preliminary hearing by video today. His arraignment is set for July 13 in Montgomery County court.
Furthermore, Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman confirmed she will be seeking death penalty against Troutman.

I think the man deserves death penalty cus he took an innocent life away n brought hurt n pain to skylars family. Dont let him out of jail give justice to that poor lil girl

I know people are hurt and deeply saddened and want the death penalty but that is an easy out for that dirty son of a bitch he should sit and rot in jail for the rest of his life getting the shit kicked out of him whenever the inmates see fit. That would be true punishment

The Prosecutor should resign for failing to protect the child when people reported him 3 weeks before she was killed. She shouldn't have the honor of prosecuting him to begin with. Let someone else do that job.
