Whitpain Township Police stopped a black Subaru on Morris Road near Tournament Drive at 11:17 p.m. Monday night May 7 for multiple traffic violations, police said.

Behind the wheel, police said, was Ronald Werner, 46, of the 2400 block of Elm Circle, Worcester.

Police said Werner appeared intoxicated and was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital in East Norriton for a BAC blood test.

Charges including DUI and traffic offenses will be filled when results are returned, police said.
