Fantastic First Friday Featured Family Fun
Three stages of music, lots of food and lots of foot traffic in Main Street businesses proved a renewed First Friday was a success
The smile couldn't fade from the face of Mary Fuller.
The Lansdale Borough councilwoman and Discover Lansdale member was ecstatic that the weather held out for the renewed and revitalized First Friday.
Hundreds of people walked the sidewalks of Main Street, packed Round Guys Brewery and Molly Maguire's, stopped and shopped the businesses, stuffed their faces with delicacies from Virago Baking Co., Texas Roadhouse, Slack's Hoagie Shack and Tabora Farms, clinched their VIP passes to Lansdale Beer Fest and rocked out to The Breaks, Friends With Murder, Cheers Elephant, Nicos Gun and Mighty Manatees.
It's the start of Lansdale being a destination - and only 28 days to the next one.

It was a great time for my daughter and I. I love living in a town that provides events geared toward a family. The diversity of activitys and music is a great thing for this town. We will be there next month also.

Enjoyable as well for those not with kids (and I'll credit moving the kids area off of Main for some of that, less tripping over strollers, etc.). Overall a great turnout, good music, good setup, and far more participation of businesses than I'd seen in the past. Definitely a good start to the festival season!

It is awesome! Just moved to Lansdale and enjoy having this for the children & myself to look forward to. We enjoyed dinner at one of our favorite places Main Pizza and got an awesome marrionette puppet at this cute store Just Obsessed and loved the free samples and lot of free fun activities for the children & adults. I would recommend more trash cans and possible signs for a bathroom?!! Overall a great night we had!
