Christ United Methodist Church holds a spaghetti dinner tonight
1. Create a Scherenschnitte for your Valentine today from 10 a.m. to noon at Peter Wentz Farmstead. Scherenschnitte is a Pennsylvania German scissor cutting. The event is $5 a person for ages 12 and up.
2. The Youth Group at Christ United Methodist Church, 1020 S. Valley Forge Road, Towamencin, is holding an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner today from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in its Fellowship Hall. The meal includes spaghetti and homemade meatballs and sauce, salad, rolls, beverages and homemade desserts. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and youth ages nine to 12; $7 for youth ages four to eight; and youth under age three eat for free. Take-out available. The event benefits the Youth Summer Mission Trips to New Hampshire and Reading.
3. Local musicians Nick Margiotta, Earl & Raine, and Brain Medlin perform between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. at Main St. Java, 117 Main St., Souderton. The event is free.
4. Real Diamond, the premier tribute to Neil Diamond, performs at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. today at Sellersville Theater. Tickets are $21.50 and $30.
5. The Knights of Columbus in Lansdale, 258 W. Eighth St., Lansdale, holds a benefit Valentine's Day dance tonight from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Cost is $10 and it is for ages 21 and older. There will be drinks, door prizes and live music. The dance benefits Knights of Columbus charities.
