5. Today kicks off the Kohl’s Department Stores’ nomination period for its 2013 Kohl’s Cares Scholarship Program for outstanding young volunteers. Nominations for ages six to 18 accepted at www.kohlskids.com until March 15. More than 2,300 volunteers will be awarded more than $425,000 in scholarships and prizes.
