Five Things to Know Today: July 11

A community meeting for public input on the needs assessment for Montgomery Township’s proposed community center will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the township administration building

 

1. A community meeting for public input on the needs assessment for Montgomery Township’s proposed community center will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the township administration building.

2. PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce hosts a free morning business card exchange at Retro Fitness at 8 a.m. There will be tours of the facility, a healthy breakfast and samplings of their fruit and decadent smoothies.

3. Lansdale Borough Committees meet beginning at 6:30 p.m. at borough hall. Council meets at 9 p.m.

4. A book discussion group meets at Lansdale Library at 7 p.m. This month’s selection is “When We Were Strangers” by Joanie Schoenewaldt.

5. The Lansdale Business Association meets at 8 a.m. at Lansdale Borough Hall.
