North Penn High School Engineering Academy seniors hold a special nanotechnology presentation at 7 p.m. in the school’s audion
1. North Penn School District celebrates its 21st year with the Reading is Fundamental program with a district-wide play “Alice Takes North Penn to Storyland” at North Penn High School from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The play is for first grade students and celebrates the importance of reading and literacy.
2. North Penn High School Engineering Academy seniors hold a special nanotechnology presentation at 7 p.m. in the school’s audion. The presentation features principles of nanotechnology, the development of polymer nanofibers through electrospinning, examples of current nanotechnology and potential future applications.
3. The Peace Project presents “The Welcome” at 6:30 p.m. at Lansdale Library, an intimate view of life after war and post-traumatic stress.
4. Knit and crochet with Judy today at 4:30 p.m. at Lansdale Library. Bring a skein of yarn and needles.
5. A Singles 35+ Bible study group is tonight from 7 to 8 at Calvary Baptist Church in the upstairs conference room.
