Hatfield Dignitaries Bag Hunger at ShopRite

Hatfield Elementary Principal Dr. D'Ana Waters, Guidance Counselor Kimberly Bainbridge and Guidance Intern Kim Mason bagged hunger Wednesday morning at ShopRite at Hatfield Pointe in Hatfield Township.
The trio, along with Hatfield police officers and volunteer firefighters, showed their support of ShopRite's "Partners in Caring" program, which looks to raise funds and awareness for area food banks.
Shoppers were asked to donate $1 toward the cause.
September is National Hunger Action Month, and Gov. Tom Corbett issued a proclamation to are ShopRite grocery stores declaring Wednesday "ShopRite Partners in Caring Day."
