I feel terrible for the victim. The scammer must have been very convincing. Just like what the reports at http://www.callercenter.com say, these scammers are very good liars. They even sound more professional than the real representatives from legit companies.
Is there any quicker way to catch these culprits? Maybe a faster call tracking device to pinpoint the caller's exact location DURING the call. What do you think?
