Missing Since Monday, 14-Year-Old Philadelphia Girl Still Not Found

Police issued an alert via Montgomery County's ReadyNotify PA

According to an alert provided by Montgomery County's ReadyNotify PA system, a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday is now considered an "endangered" missing child.

Chelsea Ramsey-Jones, 14, of Philadelphia, went missing on Monday, Jan. 14.

According to iRadioPhilly.com, she went missing after she did not return home after a day of school at Barry Elementary School. She is a resident of the 100 block of North 60th Street.

Anyone with information should contact the Philadelphia Police Department at 215-686-3183.

BlackAndMissingInc.com described Ramsey-Jones as "5’6” and was wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar, a red shirt, a black skirt and black tights."

A report on philly.com shows that Ramsey-Jones, who suffers from autism and congnitive development imparities, also went missing in January of 2011 from the same location.

Back in 2011, police considered Ramsey-Jones to be a "runaway."

"We’re still looking for her,” said Lt. John Walker, of Southwest Detectives to philly.com back in 2011. “We believe she’s staying with someone. We don’t know who she’s staying with. We believe someone is allowing her to stay with them.”

ABC6 confirms the 2011 missing report.

Two things:
1) This isn't the first time she went missing -- as the article says: "A report on philly.com shows that Ramsey-Jones, who suffers from autism and congnitive development imparities, also went missing in January of 2011 from the same location. Back in 2011, police considered Ramsey-Jones to be a 'runaway.' "

That plays into the way that such missing person reports are handled, whether unfortunate or not.

2) If she WAS white then I guess that means she wouldn't appear on BlackAndMissingInc.com

I too was curious why an Amber alert wasn't posted, but I guess her prior history suggests she wasn't abducted. If she is staying with an adult, I hope they are held accountable.

My comment was not deleted for violating your ToS. My comment was deleted because YOU violated my constitutional first amendment right to freedom of speech.

You claim to be a "southern girl at heart" yet you appear to be a race traitorous colored lover yourself.

You can delete all of my comments but you can not delete the truth about this feral and parasitic sub-species that is a danger to humans everywhere.

Read what happens to colored lovers at Chimpmania.
