Montgomeryville-Lansdale's Get Out: Jazz Concert, Facebook classes and Outback Steakhouse dinner

1. Spring Break Camp

Where/When: Little Gym, 2333 Welsh Road, Lansdale; April 21, 22, 25; 1 to 4 p.m.

Why go: The camp offers interactive themes for days when school is not in session. Schedule a day, a few days or several weeks.

Pricing: $30 per day

 

2. Montgomery County Young Democrats Happy Hour

Where/When: Houlihan’s, 601 W. Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting; April 21, 5:30 p.m.

Why go: Meet with other young people (18-35) who share your political views. Happy hour precedes meeting.

Pricing: Free admission

 

3. Facebook for Small Business

Where/When: The Business Center, 650 N. Cannon Ave., Lansdale; April 21, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Why go: Get the basics for using Facebook to connect, including Business Pages and Places, Events, Facebook ads and best practices.

Pricing: Free

 

4. Faculty Concert

Where/When: Montgomery County Community College, 340 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell; April 22, 8 p.m.

Why go: The music faculty at MCCC will present the second annual Faculty Concert, including a performance by the newly formed Faculty Jazz Ensemble.

Pricing: Free

 

5. Afternoon Dance and Outback Steakhouse Dinner

Where/When: 312 Alumni Ave., Harleysville; April 27, 2 to 6 p.m.

Why go: The Blue Notes will perform for seniors, followed by an Outback dinner and desert.  B.Y.O.B. and B.H.B.I.G.D. (Be Home Before It Gets Dark!).

Pricing: $20, ticket required
