VERY unusual for a fatality in an MB ... any word on whether a seat belt was used, and or estimate of speed?

Side note: If a car (most any car) EVER breaks in two, research indicates it was likely at a speed of 90-95MPH or greater.

When the roof is cut open like that is from rescue crews attempting to extricate the body. It's a shame and I'm sure we will hear the full details of the story once the family is informed. Be patient there are other out there who lost a loved one.

Steven, the car was still intact. The hood was open and the victim was laying about 10 - 15 feet behind her car. Driving up it didn't appear to be so serious. It wasn't until I noticed a body laying on the floor, how severe it was. I also noticed two other cars parked before the Benz on the side. I can't recall if I saw any damages or if they were witness to the accident.

This is a sad circumstance. So why speculate before there is a full story of facts.
