A Perkasie man died Wednesday at Troy Community Hospital in Canton Township, Bradford County from injuries suffered in an accident where he lost control of his car, struck a guardrail and was hit by a tractor trailer.
According to PressConnects.com, Colby M. Swartley, 24, lost control of his 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse the evening of July 18 on Route 14 near Newell Road in Canton Township.
The article states Swartley lost control of his car south on Route 14. It went off the road and hit a guardrail in the northbound lane.
A northbound tractor trailer driven by David E. Boyer, 34, of Millmont, PA, struck Swartley's car, according to the article. Boyer was not injured.
