Police: Towamencin Man Didn’t Stop at Red Light

Peter Kim, 50, of Berwick Place, Towamencin, allegedly caused an accident on Route 73

 

Peter Kim, 50, of Berwick Place, Towamencin, was cited by state police for failing to make a safe stop at a red light on Route 73 at Whitehall Road, according to the Reporter.

Kim was involved in an accident, police allege, for not fully stopping at the light.

Police said Kim was driving a 2012 Toyota Venza east on Route 73 around 9:10 a.m. Nov. 17, and hit a trailer’s tires on its left side, according to the article.

The trailer was on a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500, driven by Carmelo Matrocola, 36, of Norristown, according to the article. Matrocola was turning left from Whitehall Road onto Route 73.
