Columbia Sportswear is recalling seven models of of men's and women's 2012 Columbia Omni-Heat electric heated jackets for burn hazards.

The heated inner wrist cuffs can overheat, posing a burn hazard, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. No incidents of the jackets overheating have been reported in the US, however, there has been reports of one incident in Europe and one in Canada.

The following style numbers and names are being recalled:

Consumers should stop using the heated jackets and disconnect both batteries from the electrical connections for a full refund with proof of purchase.

The jackets were sold at Bass Pro Outdoor World, Dick's Sporting Goods and other major retailers and sporting good stores nationwide, and online on Amazon.com and Columbia.com between May 2012 and January 2013.
