How about instead of the government getting involved with regulations, allowing parents to beat their kids again. Notice that it's this generation that's out of control and why? Because the government says they're "not allowed" to be physically disciplined so what happens then? Parents have become "friends" first and controlled authorities dead last. If I were to act to my parents and authority figures the way most kids do today I'd have gotten the belt. End result was I never did it again. Also, in lieu of what's been happening, it should also be the parents responsibility to check their kids belongings before and after school. If you know your household has a gun of any sort then locate every one of them and lock them up so this shit doesn't happen. These acts can all be prevented without the government getting involved if people just stop being lazy and take control of their households again. Just my opinion anyway
