The Skies Over Lansdale
A convoy of military planes and a helicopter passed slowly overhead Friday afternoon. Did you see them?

Above the skies of Lansdale, three military-type planes slowly flew southwest in formation Friday morning.
At first, in the distance, they appeared to be CH-47s. As they flew closer, they resembled C-130s.
Soon after, a helicopter flew behind them in the same path.
Patch readers took to Facebook with theories and facts:
"I thought maybe the alien invasion was underway," wrote Jay Gordon.
"Are they following each other in the same path? I've seen this before recently a couple of weeks ago," wrote Maureen Harris.
"I just saw those and wondered what the heck they were. They didn't look military and they were very close together.
Others just mentioned one thing: Drones.

I see the same thing every Wednesday night driving up 422. I assumed it was military training.
