Townhomes at Cannon Square Video Tour
The first couple new completed homes are under agreement and the entire project has an end date of December 2012
In anticipation of tonight's Twilight Wine and Hors D'Oeuvre Reception at the Townhomes at Cannon Square, Lansdale Patch got an exclusive look inside the new model homes at the W.B. Homes development Wednesday morning.
Jim Boyd, vice president of operations for W.B. Homes, said the model home is open for tours.
Construction will be done by the end of 2012.
"We have one home under agreement that will settle the month of December, and two under completion. One is going under agreement next week that will settle at the end of February, where the buyer can make selections and tile choices," he said.
W.B. Homes Director of Acquisition Chris Canavan said the buyer owns the footprint of the building.
"The Homeowners' Association owns the surrounding ground and is responsible for upkeep and maintenance," he said.
The homes are available in three models: The Philip, The Lansdale and The Fox. Those names come from the namesake of Lansdale, Philip Lansdale Fox.
Prices begin in the range of $239,000.
