Winter Blast Melts Winter Blues at Montgomery Mall
The free event is a creation of The North Penn Recreation Consortium

The free multijurisdictional event — it’s the creation of The North Penn Recreation Consortium, comprised of Hatfield Township and borough, Lansdale, Montgomery Township, Towamencin Township and Upper Gwynedd Township — had everything from magicians and ventriloquists to karate demos and face painting.
Each municipality raises money to fund the event, and provide an alternative to winter boredom on a Saturday.
