Get the most out of "Kicking Back"!!

No not the feet up, channel changer in hand,  kicking back but the exercise for the three headed muscle attached to the back of your arm shaped like a horse shoe, made up of the triceps brachia lateral ,medial and long head. The long head being the hardest to hit, especially for women, however I found that changing hand direction doing kickbacks will maximize development.

Form is most important in all exercise! Bend over keep roundness out of your back, shoulder level, elbow even with your back or slightly higher extend fully without hyper extending elbow, pause and squeeze at the top of motion.

Do 15 with hand straight, 15 with palms up and 15 with the knuckle up. No rest period in between, LET IT BURN! Visualize bacon frying, the more we cook, the more fat disappears.

Doing this along with a variety of exercises, like pushdowns close grip pushups, black eyes etc. will give you desired results.  If you have any questions please email morgansensei@comcast.net or call High Voltage Gym (610)495-5356.
