Lets turn Rt. 202 bypass retention ponds into off-leash dog parks.

Does anyone else notice the mesh fabric on the retention pond's split rail fencing and think, I could put my dog in there??  I pass a dozen of these fenced in retention ponds along my route to work each day and each one resides next to a residential development.  These places are ready to go.  We don't have enough dog parks, here's the solution.  Let's use the fenced in pens that we already have!

Why don't you use your own backyard like the rest of the community. We don't live in a major city where the dogs don't have grass to run. We live in a bedroom community and do not need a dog park.
