Activities for all ages abound at the North Penn Y. Starting at age 2 and going all the way up through the golden years, the YMCA offers activities such as swimming, weightlifting, cardio, basketball, soccer, hockey, swing dancing, merengue, rock climbing and tae kwon do.

Seventh graders get a free membership, and anyone can download a free two-week pass and try it out. There's even free babysitting for the munchkins while mom and pop use the gym.

The YMCA also offers many ways for members to get involved in the community, as well as trips, afterschool programs, art and music instruction and special programs for tweens, teens and seniors.
