DESCRIPTION:This Hearing Voices Group is a peer support group especially 
 for young people between the ages of 13 and 26.&nbsp\; Around 8 % of you
 ng people hear or see things that other people don't.&nbsp\; These kinds
  of experiences can affect all 5 senses.&nbsp\; Some people find these e
 xperiences comforting\, especially if they've been through a difficult t
 ime\, but others feel overwhelmed and scared by them. Whatever your expe
 rience is\, and however you feel about it\, it's good to know that you'r
 e not alone in it.&nbsp\; At a Hearing Voices Group the most important t
 hing is that you're supported to find a way of understanding your experi
 ences that makes sense to you.&nbsp\;\nPeer Support is based on the idea
  that\, often the best people to help us through difficult times are tho
 se that have been there too.&nbsp\; It's about getting together\, sharin
 g experiences\, and finding ways of coping with them.&nbsp\; Hearing voi
 ces or having other unusual experiences doesn't have to stop you from li
 ving the life you want to live.&nbsp\; There are lots of ways of coping\
 , and living with\, these experiences--and many people do.&nbsp\;This gr
 oup is free to all young voice hearers.&nbsp\;
