Wild Edible and Medicinal Plants
Take a walk on the “wild” side with naturalist, Ruth King. Spring is the best time for wild edible greens. Which plants are safe to eat? How do you prepare them for eating? Some medicinal uses will be covered as well. Meet outside of the visitors’ center at the Farmstead.
