Travel Training Class, Léger Art Exhibit and More

A look at a few of the events in the Lansdale area.

The Partnership TMA holds a community travel training class at Lansdale Public Library Thursday evening.
A traveling art exhibit is at The PEAK Center in Towamencin that sheds new light on the vitally experimental decade of the 1920s in Paris, when the great French modernist Fernand Léger played a leading role in redefining the practice of painting.
Marcia Ball and special guest Blue Jay Slim & The Tone Blasters bring spicy Texas-Louisiana blues and rock and roll to Sellersville Theater at 8 p.m.
Skippack Pike (State Route 73) in Worcester Township will be periodically closed to traffic between DeKalb Pike (State Route 202) and Bethel Road from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday.
The Harassment and Bullying Intervention Taskforce (HABIT) Team at Penndale Middle School, which is comprised of about 20 students in grades seven through nine, hosts a staff versus students basketball game at 3 p.m. at the school.
