Part Time Office Administrator Opportunity
JOB DESCRIPTION: Office administrator for fast paced contractor's office in Lansdale. Responsibility for the entire office administratively, including interaction with customers, scheduling, office supply stocking, record keeping, spread sheets, telephone answering, filing, etc.
Wonderful opportunity for a "take charge" kind of person who likes to manage entire administrative function in a company and does it well and has a track record of doing so.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a minimum of 5 years in office administration/support in a small office setting and know how to set up processes for the office, and support service personnel in the field. Must be a self starter who takes the initiative, with a strong knowledge in Quickbooks, Excel, and Word. Experience with MarketSharpM preferred, but not required. Must be a team player, detail oriented.
HOURS: Five days per week, 4 hours per day. More hours may be required from time to time.
