Why go: “Springtime in Paris” offers fun and beauty for all ages at the annual Philadelphia International Flower Show. Family nights are March 11 and 12, with entertainment, crafts, children's activities and face painting.

Pricing: $15 for kids, $26-$28 for adults

 

Where/When: Lansdale Library, 301 Vine St., Lansdale; March 11, 6:30 p.m.

Why go: Enjoy Friday Evening Movies at Lansdale Library. This week, the library is showing Megamind, rated PG with a running time of 96 minutes.

Where/When: Mary, of the Redeemer, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales; March 13, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Why go: Mary, Mother of the Redeemer’s Parish Nurse Ministry hosts a Health Fair and Children’s Art Show with Grandparents’ Day celebration. Lots of local agencies will be in attendance, and the event is open to the public.

Pricing: Free

 

Where/When: North Penn Valley Boys and Girls Club, 16 Susquehanna Ave., Lansdale; March 15, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Why go: Learn about the lesser known (but equally as fun) backyard games of broomball, kan jam, Frisbee golf and toss across! It might not yet be spring, but come play backyard games of summer!

 

 

Where/When: Kidz Rule, 777 Schwab Road, Hatfield; March 15, and every Tuesday, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Why go: Children bouncing off the walls? Bring them to Kidz Rule, where that sort of energy is encouraged! You can even order dinner in! Just order by 5:15 p.m.
