I know the funds are limited here from this town . But I think it would be best to consider cameras in areas that are the most visited instead of making and closing streets and alleys that have been here for over a century I'm sure the tax payers here would consider a little bit more taxes instead of being threatened by unnessacary violence

I drove by there at that time, and I didn't see anything. There was alot of traffic also, I find it very hard to believe that could of happened and no one saw anything. Were there any witnesses?

I drove past around 240 and there was an ambulance and 2 police officers standing at the curb with a guy in a red shirt. The fence to the house looked a little beat up and the guy looked shooken up.was in traffic so couldn't see much other then that.

This town is going downhill quickly. I grew up here, was married and moved away, 15 years later I come back to a totally different town. It amazes me how at 11PM and later I see children roaming around the streets in "gangs". I love Lansdale and have three children of my own to raise, my wife and I know exactly where our children are at ALL times, our friends think we are overprotective, but THIS kind of story is just the reason why. I think more PARENTS should be held accountable for their children's actions as well, not just the children. I see too many people that have kids and they want to be friends, I'm sorry but you need to be a PARENT FIRST! As for the crime, Lansdale PD can only be in so many places at once, and I believe they do a great job. I just would like to see a more strict curfew and if they are caught, give them some community service to perform we have plenty of trash in our parks that needs to be picked up. Maybe that will get their attention instead of a slap on the wrist!
