Jeffrey Reese Streamer, 44, of the 1200 block of Browning Court, Upper Gwynedd, was sentenced to 40 to 80 months in state prison for pleading guilty to two arsons and burglaries over a two-day period in 2011 in Towamencin and Cheltenham.
According to Montgomery Newspapers, Streamer on July 4, 2011 to 1010 Anders Road in Towamencin.
Streamer also admitted to torching Wyncote Academy in Cheltenham the next day. The private school is on the 7900 block of Washington Lane.
Streamer must serve 20 years' probation following imprisonment , according to the article
The judge also ordered Streamer to pay $222,168 in restitution for both properties.
When he's paroled, Streamer will live in a halfway house to be treated for his addictions, per judge's orders.
Streamer also must submit to mandatory drug testing as a condition of the sentence, according to the article.
Police said Streamer committed the burglaries to sell items to support his cocaine habit. Prosecutors said he set the fires to cover his tracks.
