The Ursinus College Jazz Ensemble will present a concert on Saturday, March 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the Kaleidoscope Lenfest Theater. The event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required.
Conducted by Holly Gaines, Associate Professor of Music, the Jazz Ensemble will perform a variety of classic and modern jazz pieces, including three pieces by modern jazz great Thad Jones and more standard classics by Duke Ellington. The program will also mark the return of Zachtet Voices, a vocal octet that will perform a set of George Gershwin songs.
