Former 'Idol' Justin Guarini in Winter Festival Parade Saturday

Former American Idol finalist and Doylestown local Justin Guarini will join the Lambertville-New Hope annual Winter Festival Parade Saturday.

Guarini will represent the Bucks County Playhouse as it celebrates its 75th Anniversary and hosts the premiere of the "Justin Guarini LOVESICKConcert at the Bucks County Playhouse Feb. 14 and Feb. 15.  Also on the float will be Alexander Fraser, the Bucks County Playhouse producing director.

The parade float will load at 11:15 a.m. at the New Hope Solebury High School parking lot before pulling out at noon for the parade.

"Justin Guarini LOVESICK" is a cabaret style concert written and developed by Guarini. It traces his many failed attempts to find love as he grew up, followed by his experiences with American Idol, movies, Broadway and famous people while dealing with being biracial.
