Hatfield Man Tied Up, Robbed at Gunpoint in Home Invasion

Hatfield Township Police said several individuals tied up, assaulted and robbed a man inside his Leas Way home Thursday morning, making off with several guns and the victim's BMW.
Police said the robbers are considered armed and dangerous.
At 6:18 a.m., police responded to the 1400 block of Leas Way for a reported robbery.
The victim had just returned home from Philadelphia area and was accosted by several individuals at gunpoint, police said.
The man was forced into his home, where he was tied up and assaulted, police said.
The robbers then stole numerous items from the home, including several firearms, police said.
The individuals then fled the area in the victim's silver 2003 BMW 525i, with Pennsylvania registration JGN-5269.
The victim suffered lacerations to his head and face and was transported by VMSC of Lansdale to Lansdale Hospital where he was treated for his injuries, police said.
Hatfield Township Police are requesting the public’s assistance with locating the BMW.
