Man Cut, Robbed at Knifepoint in Hatfield Borough

Hatfield Township Police are searching for a man who robbed at knifepoint and cut another man on Larkspur Lane Tuesday.
Police said officers responded at 6:27 a.m. to a reported stabbing in the cul-de-sac on Larkspur Lane.
Police said the victim was walking on Hickory Drive to the rear of Larkspur Lane, when he was approached from behind by a white male brandishing a knife and demanding money.
As the victim handed over his wallet, the assailant cut him several times, police said.
The assailant fled west on foot toward Hickory Drive after robbing the victim of a debit card and cash, police said.
The victim was taken to Abington Health Lansdale Hospital by VMSC for treatment of injuries, police said.
The assailant is described as a white male with short light brown or blond hair, 6 feet, medium build, wearing a white tank top Nike shirt and blue jean shorts, police said.
Abington Police K9 assisted in the investigation.
