I'll miss Dollar Tree at Redners. It's convenient and, I would think, a good spot for business. I can't understand why they are moving, and I probably won't be shopping there as often once they move.

Pet smart does not need all the space it currently has, and making it smaller will help reduce their current sq ft lease price. Dollar Tree does not need all the space currently allocated to the vacant Super Foodtfown space. By taking space from each of the two spaces, it leaves a third space for another potential tenant. Its all about the money and the best economics for everyone involved

Pet smart is near target, Pets Plus is a decent store--sorry to hear it is downsizing some. I am with others I like Dollar tree where it is currently located but since their stock continues to expand I see why they need a bigger spot

Thanks, Julianne. I meant Pets Plus
