An IT support technician position is available at Montgomery Township.

The main job responsibility is performing front IT service and support, along with the installation, repair and maintenance of personal computers, servers, workstations, associated software and related hardware used by employees.
These items include Windows-based PCs, Smartphones (Android, iOS and Windows Phone), Point-Of-Sale machines, calculators, facsimile machine, telephone (PBX and PRI), copy machine, tablets, video recorders, audio systems, cameras, postage machine, and shredders.

Other job functions include:

• Coordinates and assists with other staff, departments and vendors on projects and processes
• Assists with fixed assets and inventory management
• Assists with basic administration of network security and access
• Responsible for customer service support during "on-call" periods, as assigned (may include evenings); expected to work occasional overtime as assigned
• Ensures continuity of computer systems for all users.
• Keep abreast on the latest developments in personal and office technology.
• Expected to work occasional overtime as assigned.
• Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.
