Where/When: The Stoogeum, 904 Sheble Lane, Ambler; Sept. 3, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Go: The word’s only museum of Three Stooges memorabilia, doesn’t have regular operating hours but has an open house about once a month, to give you a chance to see the museum’s almost 100,000 pieces.

Where/When: Michaels, Knapp Road, Montgomery Township; Sept. 3, 10 a.m. to noon

Why Go: Make a handmade card to celebrate Grandparents’ Day. For ages 3 and up, while supplies last.

Where/When: Downtown Lansdale; Sept. 2, 6 to 9 p.m.

Why Go: In honor of the first Friday of the month, many businesses will offer live music, extended hours, special activities or refreshments. This month’s back-to-school theme will offer a school bus for kids to tour. The Univest Kids Sprint will begin around 7 p.m. Register children online.

Where/When: Encore Experiences, 312 Alumni Ave., Harleysville; Sept. 2, 2 to 7 p.m.

Why Go: Be a hero and donate blood! Registration recommended, but walk-ins are welcome if time allows.

Pricing: Free

Where/When: , 322 ½ W. Main St., Lansdale; Sept. 2, 7:30 to 10 p.m.

Why Go: Dance, sing, juggle, crack jokes! Anyone can perform, as long as time allows. Family-friendly night of coffee, wraps, cupcakes and fun.
