Auction.com Sells Otis Elevator Building Industrial Property in Hatfield Township, Pa.
Auction.com announces the completed sale of the Otis Elevator Building, located in Hatfield Township, Pa. The 328,260-square-foot industrial property was listed by Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and auctioned on June 6, 2013.
The asset was among 20 commercial sales that closed during the week ending September 6, 2013 after being sold on the nation’s leading online real estate marketplace. Assets spanned 11 states and had a combined total sales value of more than $65 million.
