Montgomery County Real Estate Counselor David Caracausa Recognized for Superior Performance

Recognizing his more than 35 years of exemplary performance as a broker, developer, and investor, David Caracausa, has been accepted into the The Counselors of Real Estate, a distinction held by only 1,100 professionals in the world.

“It’s a honor to be part of such a prestigious organization,” said Caracausa. “I look forward to leveraging the expertise of my fellow members in guiding my clients through the decision-making process that will result in positive outcomes.”

Based in Chicago, CRE is an invitation-only organization whose members undergo a rigorous screening process that includes case study reviews and one-on-one personal interview. Candidates must also share documentation of previous real estate counseling to establish a track record of superior performance. Consideration is given to character, experience, knowledge, professional judgement, and ongoing client relations.

By adding the CRE designation to their credentials, members are pledged to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and service in the field of real estate counseling. They serve as an indispensable resource to each other and their clients, as well as the real estate industry.

A real estate counselor is an advisor who brings a broad range of real estate experience and technical competency on behalf of clients. While maintaining objectivity in analysis, counselors work toward the client’s best interests through evaluation of options, advocacy, and development of appropriate strategies.

“Real estate counseling is a process that requires an extensive range and depth of knowledge,” said Caracausa. “It includes unbiased analysis, critical inquiry and trust, resulting in objective guidance that achieves desired results that are in the best interests of my client.”

Caracausa has been a real estate broker, developer, and investor since 1975. He currently serves as President of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, one of the highest performing offices of its size in the country. Coldwell Banker Premier Properties is in Upper Gwynedd Township and serves clients primarily in the Bucks and Montgomery County areas, as well Philadelphia.

Caracausa was inducted into the Montgomery County Community College Alumni Hall of Fame in 2011. He was ranked by Real Trends in 2013 as one of the top three agents in the Philadelphia Region and ranked eighth in Pennsylvania.

Caracausa been a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors since 1975, and the Homebuilders Association since 1991. He has been a consultant on the team that received the Montgomery County Planning Commission’s Land Development Award for Cannon Square (Lansdale Borough) in 2002, Hammersmyth Farms (Lower Salford) in 2003, and Cambridge Reserve (Franconia Township) in 2002.
