Anger Management Group

Anger Management group runs for 11-12 weeks.  Attendance and participation a must for the certificate to be awarded at the end of the program.  Pre and Post testing used to ensure learners understanding of the course objectives.

OBJECTIVE: 

  1. Overview of Anger Management Treatment
  2. Events and Cues
  3. Anger control plans
  4. The Aggression Cycle
  5. Cognitive Restructure
  6. Anger and the Family
  7. Review
  8. Assertiveness Training and Conflict Resolution
  9. Review
  10. Closing and Certifications

Certificates of Completion are given at the end of the program.  Program must be paid in full.

Program conforms to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Standards.
