Registration Now Open for our Winter No Boundaries 5k training program and our 10 mile training program.
As part of the experience, program participants will receive the following:
- A complete 10-12 week training program and calendar with detailed workouts provided
- Experienced and knowledgeable coaches
- One coached training session per week, to be held at Fleet Feet Sports every Saturday morning.
- Educational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, proper stretching, nutrition, etc
- Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
- Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
- Special shopping night
- Technical shirts to wear race day
- New friends and tons of fun
