MARY, MOTHER OF THE REDEEMER PARISH TO HOLD ITS LENTEN MISSION

Mary, Mother of
the Redeemer
parish will hold its annual Lenten Mission beginning Saturday,
March 15 through Thursday, March 20, 2014. The theme of this year’s mission is “The Person of Jesus” and our homilist
will be Father Pio Mandato FMHJ. “We’ve asked Father Pio to return to MMR at
the beginning of Lent to get us off to a good start on our journey,” said
parish pastor, Monsignor John T. Conway. “Fr. Pio lead MMR’s 40-Hours Mission
in October 2012 and received a very positive response from everyone who
participated.”

In addition to
the daily Masses, periods of Eucharistic adoration, and penance offerings,
events including a multi-cultural potluck supper, ladies retreat, and special
invitation to our senior citizens with a Mass, reception, and a discussion led
by Fr. Pio are scheduled.

For complete
listing of services, dates and times, see a copy of the parish bulletin, visit
MMR’s website at www.mmredeemer.org, or call (215) 362-7400. Mary, Mother of
the Redeemer Parish is located at 1325 Upper State Road in Montgomery Township.
