Prism Brewery in Upper Gwynedd on Saturday helped one Lansdale teen's fight against leukemia.
The proceeds from a special Chemosabe beer fundraiser earlier this year were donated to 13-year-old Matthew Knoebel, along with an autographed Vince Papale Eagles jersey signed, "To Matt, You are Invincible."
The donation came on the 6-month anniversary of Knoebel's bone marrow transplant.
"We are forever grateful for such kind people in our community that care about him," said Knoebel's mother, Christina Simpson.
Dan Gallagher, of Prism Beer, said Knoebel is an inspiration.
"Matt is a hero. All of us can learn from his courage," Gallagher said.
