Keith Grierson, manager of the Montgomeryville Wegmans, and his staff led the charge Thursday morning with the donation of 18,000 pounds of dry goods for Manna on Main Street.
Wegmans is opening Nov. 3 and it had already started giving back.
Manna Executive Director Suzan Gould said the food will satisfy Manna's clients' needs for two to three months.
Lansdale Warehouse aided in the effort by providing the truck and manpower to deliver the items to Manna.
Meanwhile, Wegmans chefs prepared delicacies in the Manna kitchen, while Hatfield Quality Meats grilled hot dogs and Italian sausage outside.
