William R. Cooper II, Esq., 90, of Montgomeryville, died from cancer at his home Oct. 23, per The Intelligencer. Cooper graduated from Lansdale High School and practiced with the firm Cooper & Greenleaf for 60 years. Cooper served as the Montgomery Township solicitor for 27 years. Cooper was a World War II Army veteran, garnering four bronze stars and a Service Medal for the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater. Read more on Cooper's tribute at this link.
